This privacy policy applies to the Blank Canvas Guide app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by STELL RENEWABLES LTD (collectively, the “Application”). STELL RENEWABLES LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Precise location information

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.

Third-party access

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.

Opt-out rights

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not retain personal information generated through ordinary use of the Application. Any information you voluntarily provide directly to the Service Provider, for example by email, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, provide support, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of information you have voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by contacting zainnahman@gmail.com. Where applicable, the Service Provider will delete or anonymise that information unless retention is required by law.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. No security system is completely secure; the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it holds.

If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will provide notification where required by applicable law.

Changes
